Addressing the Gender Pay Gap

Overview

Equal pay is a recognized human right, and Target 8.5 of the Global Goals — or Sustainable Development Goals — calls for equal pay for work of equal value. However, women currently earn on average 77 percent of what men do, and — at the current rate of progress — it will take at least until 2086 to achieve pay equity in all parts of the world. In this Academy session, you will learn how to evaluate, understand and take action to address the gender pay gap in your company.
