Co-hosted by the United Nations Foundation, BSR, the Evidence Project, United Nations Population Fund and the United Nations Global Compact, this webinar will share the findings from a new guide for businesses: Private Sector Action for Women's Health and Empowerment Business Guide. The guide outlines actions companies can take to improve the health and well-being of women workers, while also identifying business returns and opportunities to advance the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Participants will hear from two companies currently implementing workplace women’s health and empowerment programs — Twinings and Levi Strauss & Co. — along with CARE and BSR who are partnering with companies to implement programs in supply chains. Participants will also have the opportunity to ask questions and receive guidance on how to take action.
