  • At VILLANORTHAM completely asume the statements at the UNIVERSAL DECLARATION OF HUMAN RIGTHS and as waht is contained at the Right Humans section in the ten principles of the Global Compact. In VILLANORTHAM we have a code of ethics according to these principles and we follow according to the law of Mexico and the mentionaed human rigths declarations the next rulesÑ 1.- We have ZERO tolerance for Racism -2.- We Support the equality of gender -3- VILLANORTHAM Do Not make business with companies or institutons who do not follow the mentioned Delarations of Human Rigths.

  • At VILLANORTHAM support the education and healthy standards of good quality of life. We promote the equality of opportunities for everyone to have acces to social security and free opinión. And eventually, we penalize who does not follow these standards.
    Our main Goal at VILLANORTHAM is to be an example of Universal Ethics and develop a profesional program in the short termn.

  • We ask to our emplyees, executives and stockholders to evaluate our performance in Human Rigths and we discuse it at the end of the year. We provoke an open disscusion in the issue to improve our performance.

Labour

  • At VILLANORTHAM we follow the International Conventions in order to respect the rigths of our workers. We follow the Carta Magna of Mexico and the rules taht the Secretary of Labour of Mexico deands to every company in Mexico. We have a policy that is show in a main Rule inside the company in this is " Respect for the Free expression and dignity, Support to Develop each profession and thecnical job and social seccurities rigth for every worker.

  • We check every year 2 times a year the situation of each one of our workers. And we take action inmediatly if there is a violation in any way to his or her rigths.At our company there is not any kind of physical risks since the Works is in an office andin a very safe atmosphere.

Environment

  • We are being part of the REFORM OF ENERGY LAW in Mexico as consultants and we are trying to impact in the Mexican policies to avoid the use of fossil energies and support the solar energy.

  • Our total results depends in our succes or ot in our support of the environmental projects we support. This is how we know we have been succesful or not in our promotions as Enviromental company.

Anti-Corruption

  • We sign the anti-corrution letter that the Global Compact sent us a month and a half ago. And we have been very compromissed with this matter since we in Mexico have a deep problema with this issue and we have been reprsenting and supporting companies in Mexico with thiese problems facing the SECRETARIA DE LA FUNCION PUBLICA involving this legal situations.
