    I am pleased to confirm that eProspects reaffirms its support of the Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact in the areas of Human Rights, Labour, Environment and Anti-Corruption.

    In this annual Communication on Progress, we describe our actions to continually improve the integration of the Global Compact and its principles into our business strategy, culture and daily operations. We also commit to share this information with our stakeholders using our primary channels of communication.

Human Rights
  • Assessment, policy and goals
  • Description of the relevance of human rights for the company (i.e. human rights risk-assessment). Description of policies, public commitments and company goals on Human Rights.

  • eProspects demonstrates support for the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and encourages its employees and stakeholders to follow these standards.

  • Implementation
  • Description of concrete actions to implement Human Rights policies, address Human Rights risks and respond to Human Rights violations.

  • Responsibilities for the protection of Human Rights are allocated within the company and consultations with stakeholders and affected parties are held.

  • Measurement of outcomes
  • Description of how the company monitors and evaluates performance.

  • Periodic reviews of results are held by senior management.

Labour
  • Assessment, policy and goals
  • Description of the relevance of labour rights for the company (i.e. labour rights-related risks and opportunities). Description of written policies, public commitments and company goals on labour rights.

    Employee rights and responsibilities are clearly stated along with details of compensation and benefits.

    All employees are entitled to reimbursement for the fitness and sports facilities they use to support the quality of life.

Environment

  • eProspects encourages employees and stakeholders to limit adverse environmental impact.

    We work with environmentally friendly businesses and aim to build further similar partnerships over the next year.

  • We raise awareness of environmental issues and have initiatives in place to reduce waste materials (e.g. recycling) and consumption of resources (energy, fossil fuels, water, electricity, paper, packaging, etc.).

    We encourage the development and rapid diffusion of environmentally friendly technologies.

    The responsibilities for environmental protection are allocated within the company.

    Over the past year, new technologies have been installed in our London office to reduce energy consumption.

Anti-Corruption
