    To our stakeholders:

    I am pleased to confirm that PT Hexa Integra Electrica reaffirms its support of the Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact in the areas of Human Rights, Labour, Environment and Anti-Corruption.

    In this annual Communication on Progress, we describe our actions to continually improve the integration of the Global Compact and its principles into our business strategy, culture and daily operations. We also commit to sharing this information with our stakeholders using our primary channels of communication.

Human Rights

Anti-Corruption
  • Assessment, policy and goals
  • Description of the relevance of anti-corruption for the company (i.e. anti-corruption risk-assessment). Description of policies, public commitments and company goals on anti-corruption.

  • The company issues its policy relating to anti corruption in August of 2018 to support companies that are free from corrupt, collusion and nepotism practices.
    The following are set in the company's anti-corruption policy
    1. Setiap karyawan dilarang melakukan perbuatan yang bertujuan menguntungkan diri sendiri atau orang lain atau suatu korporasi dengan menyalahgunakan kewenangan, kesempatan, atau sarana yang ada padanya dengan menggunakan jabatan atau kedudukan yang dapat merugikan keuangan perusahaan, keuangan negara atau perekonomian negara;
    2. Setiap karyawan dilarang memberi hadiah atau janji kepada pegawai negeri, pegawai perusahaan milik negara, maupun pegawai swasta yang berhubungan dengan kekuasaan atau wewenang yang melekat pada jabatan atau kedudukannya, untuk mendapatkan sebuah proyek maupun pekerjaan.
    3. Setiap karyawan dilarang menjadi perantara (broker) untuk kepentingan suatu proyek/pekerjaan baik Instansi Pemerintah, Perusahaan BUMN, Perusahaan Daerah, maupun Perusahaan Swasta;
    4. Setiap karyawan dilarang melakukan pemufakatan kepada pihak pemberi kerja dan atau pihak terkait yang bertujuan untuk mendapatkan keuntungan, dan/atau untuk menjadi pemenang dalam sebuah lelang dan/kompetisi sebuah proyek/pekerjaan;
    5. Setiap karyawan wajib menunjukkan profesionalitas, keterbukaan, dan transparansi saat mengikuti proses kompetisi maupun lelang sebuah proyek/pekerjaan;
    6. Setiap karyawan wajib menjadi agen pencegahan korupsi dan dengan tegas melaporkan apabila ada pihak-pihak yang diduga melakukan tindak pidana korupsi serta bersedia menjadi saksi yang jujur;
    7. Setiap karyawan dilarang dengan sengaja mencegah, merintangi, atau menggagalkan secara langsung dan/atau tidak langsung penyidikan, penuntutan, dan pemeriksaan di sidang pengadilan.

  • The company policy states the following:
    1. Setiap karyawan wajib menaati dan bersedia menandatangi pakta integritas untuk melaksanakan peraturan perusahaan;
    2. Setiap karyawan yang melanggar peraturan perusahaan yang terinci dalam pasal 1, maka harus bertanggung jawab secara penuh terhadap pelanggaran tersebut dan akan diberhentikan secara tidak hormat dari perusahaan;
    3. Apabila karyawan melakukan pelanggaran yang disebutkan pada pasal 1 dan diduga merugikan keuangan negara maka akan dilaporkan kepada pihak yang berwenang/berwajib
