    I am pleased to confirm that Global Fertility & Genetics reaffirms its support of the Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact in the areas of Human Rights, Labour, Environment and Anti-Corruption.

    In this annual Communication on Progress, we describe our actions to continually improve the integration of the Global Compact and its principles into our business strategy, culture and daily operations. We also commit to share this information with our stakeholders using our primary channels of communication.

Human Rights
  • Assessment, policy and goals
  • Description of the relevance of human rights for the company (i.e. human rights risk-assessment). Description of policies, public commitments and company goals on Human Rights.

  • In the field of In-Vitro Fertilization, Global Fertility & Genetics has maintained a hight standard in Human rights, women and Gender Equality. We have supported various programs of the LGBT community and plan on continuing to champion the causes of LGBT familily building.

  • Due to the nature of our business we are a very minimum to no Human Rights violations at all

  • Monthly reports are generated culminating with a Yearly report to monitor business evaluations and department performances.

Labour

  • Description of the relevance of labour rights for the company (i.e. labour rights-related risks and opportunities). Description of written policies, public commitments and company goals on labour rights.

  • All Labour policies are in accordance with New York State

  • Implementation
  • Description of concrete actions taken by the company to implement labour policies, address labour risks and respond to labour violations.

  • All New Labor policies are displayed in the employee common area and employees have to quarterly meet with Human resources to discuss or rather ensure that the employee is knowledgable of all new or reoccuring policies

  • As mentioned we have monthly meetings and written reports submitted by each department culminating in one yearly report

Environment
