    To our stakeholders:

    I am pleased to confirm that Inter Far East Wind International Company Limited (iWind) reaffirms its support of the Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact in the areas of Human Rights, Labour, Environment and Anti-Corruption.

    In this annual Communication on Progress, we describe our actions to continually improve the integration of the Global Compact and its principles into our business strategy, culture and daily operations. We also commit to share this information with our stakeholders using our primary channels of communication.

Human Rights
  • Assessment, policy and goals
  • Description of the relevance of human rights for the company (i.e. human rights risk-assessment). Description of policies, public commitments and company goals on Human Rights.

  • Working day by day and respect of Human Rights
    iWind members respect and support international human rights. We encourage and adopt relevant principles into practices and values in the network. We work with respect, valuing diversity among our clients and in our workplaces.
    In the area of Human Rights, we confirmed the participation in diff erent local actions of each of the membersof the network. In addition to the internal regulations of each company, where the welfare of employees is considered.

    Our members ensure social security, health and wellness programs for iWind's employee.

Labour

    In the Labor area, many of the TGS members have conventions with universities, institutes, which allows to
    support the new generations, opening them experiences in the labor area, with practices, observations, business
    talks, fi rst job in the labor market, etc. In addition, we see in the study that the policies adopted by member fi rms
    are part of international rules and imposed by governments.

  • iWind, we create Human resource program awareness which use to training our officers and staffs on labour rights and policies.
    Moreover, we consult with our stakeholders on labour rights and policies too.
    Due to our ISO Standard which we already acquired, we would like to ensured health and safety of our employees will be fulfilled.

Environment

  • Our company goal for the upcoming year is we will follow our company policy on environmental issues by issued our environmental plan to take care of pollution in our project areas. As we know, our industry is clean energy, please kindly note we already prepared sufficient plan for the upcoming year.

  • Our business is clean energy production, due to our project report, we product 0-1% pollution in our project areas site. we contained lots of policies, for example; 1.) we have a plan to raise awareness among suppliers by asking for the environmental issues by asking them to prepare plan to eliminate grease and oil from our product (Wind Turbine Generator) 2.) we manage our environmental management system by monitoring on our SCADA system in our projects which will be reported 24 hours / day.

  • In this year, we found the outcome from our plan for environment is outstanding and benefits for public and private section around our projects.

Anti-Corruption

  • Our company policy is against corruption in all its forms, including extortion and bribery. We have our protocol to guild our staffs and officers which can help them to avoid and prevent with extortion or bribery. our plan for the upcoming year is we are prepared to be the one of the top organization on Anti-corruption association in Thailand.

  • This year our company already issued our internal plan with allocation of responsibilities for anti-corruption within our company and we trained our employees about the the company's policies regarding anti-corruption and extortion (e.g. mailings, internet, internal communication, etc.).
