    To our stakeholders:

    I am pleased to confirm that [ Quadra Graphic ] reaffirms its support of the Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact in the areas of Human Rights, Labour, Environment and Anti-Corruption.

    In this annual Communication on Progress, we describe our actions to continually improve the integration of the Global Compact and its principles into our business strategy, culture and daily operations. We also commit to share this information with our stakeholders using our primary channels of communication.

Human Rights
  • Assessment, policy and goals
  • Description of the relevance of human rights for the company (i.e. human rights risk-assessment). Description of policies, public commitments and company goals on Human Rights.

  • We operate on the principles of the Global Compact, and we also have a Human Resources Policy

  • All our employees are informed about their rights in companies, and for all the ambiguities, employees are able to ask and receive feedback.

  • Perfomanse is monitored continuously, and in February and September every year we evaluate them. All employees receive feedback.

Labour
  • Assessment, policy and goals
  • Description of the relevance of labour rights for the company (i.e. labour rights-related risks and opportunities). Description of written policies, public commitments and company goals on labour rights.

  • We operate according to the principles determined by the Law on Labor at the state level, and the Rules of Procedure as a valid internal document. We pay special attention to safety and health at work, insurance of employees and care of their health.

  • Implementation
  • Description of concrete actions taken by the company to implement labour policies, address labour risks and respond to labour violations.

  • We regularly inform all our employees about changes to laws and new possibilities. We have special funds for equipment for safe and healthy work, as well as good working conditions.
    We are proud that we are continually financing voluntary systematic examinations as the first step in caring for the health of our employees. In addition to this, we additionally pay private health insurance to the employees.

  • Regular interviews of employees receive feedback and follow the principles of respect.
    Boxes for anonymous suggestions and complaints are also provided.

Environment

  • Environmental protection we pay great attention to the domain of our business - the graphics industry. We use recycled paper, and other raw materials are checked based on declarations and supplier statements.
    Within the company we recycle: paper, cans, plastic.
    We take care of storing and destroying harmful waste

  • Implementation

  • We regularly conduct training on recycling and waste disposal for our employees, we actively motivate them for recycling, so there are points for storing paper, plastic, cans ...
    We support all actions that are organized at the local community level and concern the environment.
    Our machines and other technologies that we use in the printing industry are automated to sort waste and minimize pollution, which is periodically checked by the Institute for Prevention.

  • Since we operate according to the ISO 14001 standard, the checks are done continuously and according to the plan.
    Internal checks according to our procedures are done on a daily basis.

Anti-Corruption

  • By contracting with our clients, we have committed ourselves not to give and receive bribes. We defined all anticorruption actions of our employees in the internal document.

  • We raise awareness of anti-corruption through internal employee training.
    We raise awareness of anti-corruption with our customers and suppliers through e-mail documents.

  • We are monitoring the fight against corruption through anonymous surveys and other internally established checks that top management issues.
