Labour

  • In order to enable employees to balance the balance between work and social life, they are given an additional yearly paid leave to the FMs in the case of collective leave in November - December, January and February in accordance with the TİS. Factors such as marriage, circumcision, opening or closure of school terms cause summer months to be intensive in terms of production. Even though there are no seasonal employees, planning of shifts and shifts, especially in the summer months, and planning of permits in accordance with these plans are important for the employees. Due to this reason, some of the annual permits are granted during the winter months. In order to support this, additional leave days are allocated to employees for their permits during the winter months.   • İstikbal Furniture classifies the KPI / PI (critical performance indicator / performance indicator), which is considered as the process performance indicators, and monitors the process performances with these indicators.
