    To our stakeholders:

I am pleased to confirm that Finding Other Solutions (FOS) Pty Ltd reaffirms its support of the Ten Principles of the
United Nations Global Compact in the areas of Human Rights, Labour, Environment and Anti-Corruption.

In this annual Communication on Progress, we describe our actions to continually improve the integration of the
Global Compact and its principles into our business strategy, culture and daily operations. We also commit to sharing
this information with our stakeholders using our primary channels of communication.

    Summary of Actions:
FOS has been instrumental in assisting with the creation of Australia & New Zealand Institute of Sustainable
    Management (ANZISM).
Membership to be open to persons who possess qualifications in Business, project management or other
related professions and with an interest in Sustainability (as defined by United Nations).
The creation of the Institute in this region will enable the establishment of a community to further support and enhance the adoption and implementation of the Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact in the areas of Human Rights, Labour, Environment and Anti-Corruption.
Membership of ANZISM is open to all professionals with an interest in Sustainability and therefore will allow likeminded professionals to meet and discuss the issues of sustainability whilst also allowing another option for communicating the UN Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact.
The creation of ANZISM will also assist in the refining of a greater understanding of the definition of “Global Sustainability” particularly within the corporate sector in this region.
The emergence of greater corporate acceptance of the UN Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact has also enhanced opportunities for greater market recognition of products to assist in the delivery of global sustainability and in particular delivery against the Sustainable Development Goals. Further information about these developing corporate opportunities will be the subject of our next COP.
