    I am pleased to confirm that TextMinded A&S reaffirms its support of the Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact in the areas of Human Rights, Labour, Environment and Anti-Corruption.

    In this annual Communication on Progress, we describe our actions to continually improve the integration of the Global Compact and its principles into our business strategy, culture and daily operations. We also commit to share this information with our stakeholders using our primary channels of communication.

Human Rights
  • Assessment, policy and goals

  • TextMinded supports the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
    TextMinded is deeply engaged in creating an attractive workplace focusing on diversity and respect for cultural differences.
    TextMinded actively supports young translators and also employs people with special needs (e.g. social disabilities or other).
    TextMinded requires commitment to the Ten principles of the UN Gloabl Compact in all vendor agreements.

    TextMinded is preparing implementation of ISO 14001 during 2016.

  • TextMinded has developed the concept of "Sustainable Communication" and is constantly raising awareness about the importance of environment protection.

    TextMinded has prepared the 'move to the cloud', e.g. is currently moving data from stationary serves to a cloud based environment saving significantly carbon emission. All IT-equpiment is purchased and selected by the criteria of environmental friendliness.

    TextMinded is deeply concerned about the climate challenges. TextMinded is preparing implementation of ISO 14001 during 2016.
