    in this annual COP, we describe our actions to continually improve the integration of the Global Compact and its principles into our business strategy, culture and daily operations.

Human Rights
  • Assessment, policy and goals
  • Description of the relevance of human rights for the company (i.e. human rights risk-assessment). Description of policies, public commitments and company goals on Human Rights.

  • -report regarding human rights are written in the company policy.
    -we normally review policies, perfrom risk assessment, deliver training and administering compliance assessments.
    -in the coming 2013, we will more focus on training within the company.

  • -suggestion box is set for several years since 2007.
    -training of employees will be more focused in 2013.

    -increase the awareness of labor rights for our employees through training within the company
    -as a fasterner company, more noise is produced than others. so we have more protection on our employees like wearing ear plug and suppressor.
