    I am pleased to confirm that ICT Consulting reaffirms its support of the Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact in the areas of Human Rights, Labour, Environment and Anti-Corruption.

    In this annual Communication on Progress, we describe our actions to continually improve the integration of the Global Compact and its principles into our business strategy, culture and daily operations. We also commit to share this information with our stakeholders using our primary channels of communication.

Human Rights
  • Assessment, policy and goals
  • Description of the relevance of human rights for the company (i.e. human rights risk-assessment). Description of policies, public commitments and company goals on Human Rights.

  • ICT Consulting Spa supports and respects the protection of internationally proclaimed human rights. ICT Consulting protects and promotes the value of human resources. ICT Consulting promotes both physical and moral integrity of employees, exercises hierarchical authority with equity and correctness and promotes working conditions which respect individual dignity within a safe and healthy work environment.

Labour

  • ICT Consulting Spa is committed to adopt all the security measures, techniques and behaviours to safeguard the security
    work of its employees as requested by Italian National law (81/2008 and s.m.) going far beyond the implementation of minimum security measures requested. ICT Consulting is committed to ensure the security of all its employees not only at it's own site but also at customer sites where it is asked to operate, ensuring appropriate and safe transfers when carried out with it's own means.

  • ICT Consulting Spa has appointed an indipendent agency to continually assess security risk in its working environment. This agency also support ICT Consulting in implementing the required countermeasures.

  • "ODV - Organismo di Vigilanza" has assessed the work done by the indipendent agency.

Environment

  • ICT Consulting Spa has been requested by one of its most important customer to assess its environmental footpring. A detailed analysis has been conducted with the help of a third party assessment software.

  • ICT Consulting Spa has started an internal initiative to reduce waste materials. A separate collection program has also been adopted.

Anti-Corruption

  • Description of the relevance of anti-corruption for the company (i.e. anti-corruption risk-assessment). Description of policies, public commitments and company goals on anti-corruption.

  • ICT Consulting Spa works against all forms of corruption. ICT Consulting has produced a written company policy of zero-tolerance for corruption, bribery and extortion. Protocols have been included into the Organizational Model to prevent as much as possible critical situation. Policy requiring business partners and suppliers to adhere to ICT Consulting's anti-corruption principles has been applied.

  • ICT Consulting Spa has allocated responsibilities for anti-corruption within the company. Suggestion box has been placed in both the company sites of Milan and Rome.
