    I am pleased to confirm that United Magnetics Co.,Ltd] reaffirms its support of the Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact in the areas of Human Rights, Labour, Environment and Anti-Corruption.

    In this annual Communication on Progress, we describe our actions to continually improve the integration of the Global Compact and its principles into our business strategy, culture and daily operations. We also commit to share this information with our stakeholders using our primary channels of communication.

Human Rights
  • Assessment, policy and goals
  • Description of the relevance of human rights for the company (i.e. human rights risk-assessment). Description of policies, public commitments and company goals on Human Rights.

  • United Magnetics are fully following to the the Global Compact principles on Human Rights
    Specific goals in the area of Human Rights for the upcoming year
    1.Have meeting to discuss what is the human rights emloyee want to get
    2. Following the policy that everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of person

Labour

  • We have policies to uphold the freedom of association and collective bargaining and the elimination of forced labour, child labour and employment discrimination

    2. Inner Policy requiring business partners and suppliers to adhere to the Global Compact anti-corruption principles

  • 1.we have invite lawyer to issue the documents and lets all of our supplier to sign the anti-corruption statement.
    2.We have let all of the empolyee to sign the agreement that will not do the corruption to the customer

  • 1. Throgh the External audits of anti-corruption programmes, we found two empolyee have the action of corruption and make action to do the serve punish.
