I am pleased to confirm that Mainstay Property Solutions Co Ltd reaffirms its support of the Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact in the areas of Human Rights, Labour, Environment and Anti-Corruption.
In this annual Communication on Progress, we describe our actions to continually improve the integration of the Global Compact and its principles into our business strategy, culture and daily operations. We also commit to share this information with our stakeholders using our primary channels of communication.

Mainstay Property Solutions has a range of human resources policies and procedures that. as a minimum, comply with the Royal Thai department of labour standard but goes further and also embrase the requirements listed in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
We have developed and implemented employee handbooks and supervisor / managers code of conduct which outlines our expectations and goals to be a leader in our chosen field through the fair treatment of our employees.
We focus on employee retention through the fair treatment of our employees, fair wages, monthly bonuses, zero tolerance to unfair labour pratices and refuse to work with customers who treat our employees fairly.
Our goal every year is to minimise employee turnover through the above processes and policies.

Mainstay Property Solution fully complies with Principle 3 - Businesses should uphold freedom of association & effective recognition of the right to collective bargaining, Principle 4 - The elimination of all forms of forced and compulsory labour
Principle 5 - The effective abolition of child labour, Principle 6 - Eliminate discrimination in respect of employment and occupation.We do not employ child labour, employees must be older than 16, but ideally over 18. We do not allow forced labour and are not permitted by law the use of migrant workers.
We have written poliices and procedures that are fully implemented regarding employment standards, employee rights and their compensation and benefits. We provide employees with an employee handbook when they commence work and also provide them with company induction when they join the company.

Mainstay Property Solutions is a service provider and mainly work on our customers sites. We work with our customers to minimise their environmental footprint and use environmental friendly / sustainble products. We recycle and reuse items throughout our business and endeavour to use environmentally friendly products that have either been recycled or can be recycled after use.

Bribery and Corruption is very big in Thailand and is central to many of the political and commercial issues. Our processes such as Code of conduct, Company inducation, Bribery and Corruption Policy, Zero policy to bribery, Included in sales presentations, Included on website, Restrictions on cash purchases or cash use, Audit of any cash useage have been implented since the company commenced operations.
They are very well known by all employees and anyone who breaks the policy faces the risk of being dismissed for gross misconduct.
