Nigeria International Conference on CSR(Abuja, 8 March 2007) - The International Conference on Corporate Social Responsibility, organized by the Global Compact Local Network in Nigeria, took place in Abuja between 5-7 March 2007. The purpose of the conference was to raise the awareness of the business community of the Global Compact principles. The conference was attended by 200 participants from different sectors. 2nd Progress and Value Workshop(Barcelona, 26 February 2007) – The second Global Compact Progress and Value workshop took
place in Barcelona, Spain, on 21-23
February 2007, with the
participation of 18 Local Networks. The workshop, designed to provide participants
with tools, knowledge and inspiration to become effective implementers of the
Global Compact principles, was hosted by the Barcelona Center for the Support
of Global Compact. |
