The United Nations Development Program has published a summary of case
studies showcasing innovative ways of combining and channeling human and
financial resources into sustainable strategies for poverty reduction and
meeting the Millennium Development Goals.
The document, titled
“UNDP and the Private Sector - Building Partnerships for
Development,” features eight public-private partnership projects and
initiatives from around the world. It includes several projects inspired by GC
participants as a way to give practical meaning to their commitment to the ten
principles and UN goals.
