The United Nations, in partnership with the Viet Nam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), launched the UN Global Compact Network on 27 September 2007 in Ho Chi Minh City. The Network was launched with the support of the Spanish Agency for International Cooperation (AECI) and Unilever Viet Nam.
