A Global Compact Network in Nepal is currently being developed under the stewardship of UNDP Nepal.
Efforts are currently underway to foster the growth of a Global Compact Network and increase awareness about the Compact among the business community in Nepal.
UNDP Nepal plans to have series of meetings with a variety of different business associations to create the awareness about the GC in Nepal. Once the number of GC participants in Nepal reaches 20, they are planning to re-launch the GC in Nepal.
