The Global Compact Network in Hungary was launched on 17 November 2006 by MOL Group, Budapest Stock Exchange, Holcim Hungary, Addecco Hungary, Ernst & Young Hungary and UNDP. The event was also attanded OTP Fund Management, Central European University Business School, ILO, The World Bank, Hungarian Business Leaders Forum, Joint Venture Association and the Hungarian Business Council for Sustainable Development.
The Network has created three working groups on environment and energy, equal opportunities and anti-corruption.
