IV Annual Local Networks Forum - Barcelona

More than 180 delegates representing over 60 emerging and existing Global Compact networks around the world gathered in Barcelona on 26-27 September for the IV Annual Local Networks Forum. The meeting was jointly organized by the Global Compact Office and the Fundació Fòrum -Barcelona Center for the Support of the Global Compact . In a variety of working groups and plenary sessions, participants addressed practical aspects of network management and GC principle implementation as well as broader issues around network governance and reporting. Participants also reached consensus on the Forum's own role as an element of the Global Compact's governance structure.
